Dacles Aerospace Processing, LLC (“DAP,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors, prospective customers, vendors and professional contacts. This policy explains how information submitted through daclesaerospace.com is handled.
Information we collect
When you request OSP support or submit an industry endorsement, we may collect your name, company, job title, business email, phone number, professional relationship, requested process, approximate quantity and part size, requested date, Nadcap requirement and the general message you provide.
Do not submit drawings, part numbers tied to restricted programs, ITAR data, CUI, classified information, export-controlled information, passwords, payment-card information or other restricted technical data through these forms.
How we use information
- Respond to sourcing, coordination, assembly and production-support inquiries.
- Evaluate whether DAP can support a prospective project.
- Communicate with customers, vendors and professional contacts.
- Review an endorsement and confirm publication permission.
- Protect the website, prevent spam and measure advertising performance.
Service providers and advertising
The client inquiry form uses FormSubmit to transmit the information you enter to DAP by email. FormSubmit may temporarily process or retain submissions as described in its own policies. Our website and email providers also process limited information as needed to host the site and deliver communications.
DAP uses Google Ads measurement. Google may receive information such as the page visited, browser or device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, advertising identifiers and whether a thank-you page was reached. DAP uses this information to understand whether advertising produced an inquiry.
Sharing and selling
DAP does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, deliver form submissions, provide email or measure advertising; with professional advisers when necessary; or when required by law. Project information may be shared with potential processors only after the appropriate confidentiality and authorization steps are established.
Retention and security
DAP keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, accounting and security purposes. No internet transmission is completely secure. For controlled or sensitive project information, contact DAP first so an approved transfer method can be arranged.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask DAP not to use your endorsement publicly.
